FAQ

What’s the story behind the name?
Not telling.

What’s your stance on awards?
Awards don’t really rattle our rhubarb these days. We’d rather just get on with prosecuting our clients’ interests in the marketplace.
That said, we will enter them if specifically asked to by a client — as long as they’re willing to pay the entry fees and associated costs.
(Which they do anyway, one way or another.)

Would The Chiddingfolds be prepared to work for equity?
Absolutely. If the right opportunity and deal were to present itself, we’d be in there like the proverbial rodent up a drainpipe.

Can The Chiddingfolds handle large-scale campaigns?
As evidenced by the work we've showcased, we’ve worked on global brands, national retailers, utility companies, and government clients.

Are you open to working with other agencies or partners?
We are and we do. We can be the lead agency, the plug-in team, the fixers, the secret weapon behind the scenes.
We adapt to the structure that suits best.

Do you specialise in a particular industry?
Yes. A different one every day.

Is your model remote or in-person?
Mostly remote — to the point where we don’t see the need for premises. It helps keep overheads down, and we’re not much to look at anyway.
That said, we can be as in-person as you need us to be — and always available regardless.

How do you price your work?
We find project fees make the most sense — you’re hiring us for deliverables and outcomes, not timesheets.

Do you handle production too?
We see projects through from brief to concept, script, and production oversight right up to despatch.
We’re not a production house — but we have strong relationships with several very good ones. As well as the best agency producers in the country.
